Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, room temperature - 2 - 8 ounce packages
- powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- heavy cream - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat together cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. In a second bowl, beat the cream to nearly stiff peaks, add whipped cream into the cheese mixture; quickly and briefly beat to combine. DO NOT over beat.
Spread on cakes, bars, cinnamon rolls, etc.
