Candy Filled Brownie Cups
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Lovers Double Fudge Brownie Mix - 1 box
- eggs - 2
- water - 1/3 cup
- vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
- Reeses Cups or Rolo's or peppermint flavored Hersey Kisses - 30 mini
- chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- heavy cream - 2 T
Instructions:
Place 30 - 2 inch aluminum foil mini cups on baking sheet; set aside.
Combine brownie mix, fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil; stir until blended. Place 2 T of batter into each cup. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes; remove from oven.
Push one piece of candy into center of each cupcake until even with top of the batter. Return to oven, bake another 5 - 7 minutes. Cool for 5 - 10 minutes in pan, remove place on wire rack to cool.
Prepare frosting -- melt chocolate chips and stir in cream until smooth. Dip top of brownies into chocolate.
