Caramel Brownie Rounds
Ingredients:
- brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box for 9x 13 inch pan
- Rolo candy - 35
- chocolate wafers - 12 ounces
- sea salt -
Instructions:
Prepare brownies per 2 egg directions on box, cool completely. Cut brownies into 35 squares. Place a Rolo on each square, wrap brownie around the Rolo form into a ball. Place on a wax paper covered baking sheet. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate over hot water. Dip brownies in the chocolate, place on wax paper, sprinkle with sea salt. Let chocolate set before serving
