Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake for 1
Ingredients:
- whole wheat flour - 3 T
- brown sugar - 2 T
- chocolate chips, any flavor - 1 T
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/8 tsp
- salt - pinch
- applesauce - 1 T
- milk - 2 T
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients; stir together.
Pour batter into a greased 1 cup ramekin.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the top is brown and crisp. Cool for 5 minutes before serving hot.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream. If desired drizzle with chocolate or caramel syrup and chopped nuts.
