1 3/4 c flour
1/4 t salt
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 T vanilla
3/4 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
1 c chocolate chips
In a bowl whisk flour and salt together; set aside.
In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Slowly add eggs, yolks and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture, beat on low until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool cake in the pan for 20-30 minutes before removing.
