4 ripe bananas
1/2 c butter, soft
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1 Golden Butter cake mix
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
2 c shredded coconut
In a bowl beat together the bananas, butter, eggs and vanilla on medium speed for one minute.
Add milk, sugar and cinnamon, mix for one minute.
Add cake mix and beat until just combined.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Line muffin tins with 24 paper cupcake liners and divide batter evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
