3 c flour
1/4 t salt
1 c sugar
4 t baking powder
1 1/2 c milk
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
Mix all ingredients together then mix in 1/2 c melted butter. Pour into a buttered 9×13 inch pan.
Prepare topping –
1 c butter, softened
1 c brown sugar
2 T flour
1 T cinnamon
In a bowl mix topping ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonful evenly over batter. Use a knife and swirl the topping into the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes.
While the cake is baking, mix glaze ingredients together; set aside.
2 c powered sugar
5 T milk
1 t vanilla
Pour glaze over warm cake. If desired nuts can be added to topping.
