Filling —
6 ounces cream cheese

In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, coconut, salt, chocolate chips, egg and sugar; set aside. Prepare cupcakes —

In a bowl, beat sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and water together.
In another bowl, blend together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and beat for three minutes.
In another bowl, blend together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add wet mixture to dry mixture and beat for three minutes.
Fill 12 cupcake papers, 2/3 full.
Place a teaspoon or so of cream cheese mixture in the middle of each cupcake, push down to cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
