Creamy Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients:
- yellow cake mix (without pudding) - 1 plus ingredients listed on box
- rhubarb (diced) - 3 c
- sugar - 1 1/2 c
- whipping cream (do not whip) - 2 small cartons
Instructions:
Prepare cake mix per directions on package, pour into a greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan.
Place diced rhubarb on top of cake batter. Pour whipping cream over the rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over the cream.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
