Holy Cow Cake
Ingredients:
- chocolate cake mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- caramel ice cream topping - 12 ounce jar
- cream cheese - 8 ounces
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- sugar - 1 cup
- Butterfinger Candy Bar, crushed - 1
Instructions:
Bake cake as directed on package in a 9 x 13 inch pan. While cake is baking, stir sweetened condensed milk and caramel together. When cake is done immediately poke holes in the top of the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour milk and caramel mixture over cake, sprinkle half of the crashed candy bar over top.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. In a bowl whip together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip, spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle remaining candy bar over top. Store in the refrigerator.
