Mounds Cake
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake Mix - 1
- Evaporated Milk - 1 can (12 ounce, divided)
- Sugar - 2 cups (divided)
- Margarine - 1/2 cup
- Coconut - 1 (14 ounce bag)
- Chocolate Chips - 12 ounce
- Marshmallows - 25 large
Instructions:
Bake cake as directed but use a 10x15 inch pan with high sides. Cool completely.
In saucepan combine 1/2 can of milk and 1 cup sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Stir in the coconut. Pour over cooled cake and let set until cooled.
In saucepan combine 1/2 can milk and 1 cup sugar and bring to a rolling boil and remove from heat, add the chocolate chips and stir until dissolved.
Spread over cake and let set.
