2/3 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 egg
1/2 c milk
3 T butter (melted)
15 ounce can slice peaches (save liquid)
In a bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add egg, milk and butter beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 inch round pan. Arrange drained peaches on batter.
Cream filling-
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1 T peach juice
Cream together and spread over peaches.
Combine – 1 t sugar & 1/2 t cinnamon Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
