Pecan Praline Cake
Ingredients:
- butter pecan cake mix - 15 ounce box
- coconut pecan frosting - 16 ounce tub
- eggs - 4
- oil - 3/4 c
- water - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- butter - 2 T
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
Instructions:
In a bowl combine cake mix, frosting, eggs, oil and water; mix well, stir in 1/2 c pecans. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Prepare butter sauce -- in a saucepan melt butter, stir in condensed milk, continue stirring until heated through. Stir in 1/2 c pecans, remove from heat. Pour over entire cake.
