Pumpkin Cake Balls
Ingredients:
- pumpkin cake mix plus ingredients listed on box -
- cream cheese frosting - 1/2 - 3/4 tub
- vanilla almond bark -
- graham cracker crumbs -
Instructions:
Bake cake per directions on box, cool. Crumble cake in a bowl and mix with 1/2 - 3/4 of the jar of frosting. Place in refrigerator to chill. Roll dough into balls, return to refrigerator, chill until firm. Melt almond bark in the top of a double boiler. Coat cake balls with almond bark, place on wax paper to harden. If desired sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs before almond bark hardens.
