Raw Apple Cake
Ingredients:
- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Margarine - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 2 1/2 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Apples - 2 cups (chopped )
- Topping
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Brown Sugar - 2/3 cup
- Margarine - 1/3 cup (melted)
- Chopped Walnuts or Hickory Nuts - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Instructions:
Cream together the sugars and margarine. Add eggs. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add apples and pour in greased 9x 12 pan.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake at 375 degrees 40 to 50 min.
