Skillet Cake
Ingredients:
- Devil's Food Cake Mix plus Ingredients to Make Cake - 1
- Margarine - 1 T
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate - 4 squares (coarsely chopped)
- Caramel Ice Cream Topping - 1 (12 ounce) jar (divided)
- Pecans - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Vanilla Ice Cream -
Instructions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Melt margarine in 12 inch skillet, tilting skillet to coat bottom of pan. Gently pour in batter.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes.
Loosen edges of cake and carefully invert cake onto plate.
Melt together chocolate and 1/2 caramel topping and carefully spread over cake.
Sprinkle pecans over cake. Drizzle remaining caramel over top of pecans.
Let stand til topping is set.
Serve with ice cream.
