1 c high quality dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate wafers
1/3 c almonds
1/2 c shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 c coconut oil
On parchment paper spread coconut to 1/4 inch deep. Sprinkle a single layer of almonds over the coconut.
Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil stir until smooth. Spoon the chocolate over the coconut almond layer.
Place in freezer until it hardens (30 minutes). Break into small pieces.
Store in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
