Butterfinger Bark
Ingredients:
- candy corn - 5 cups
- peanut butter - 1 1/2 cups
- chocolate melting wafers, divided - 20 ounces
Instructions:
Melt 10 ounces chocolate over double boiler. Spread chocolate on a foil lined 15 x 11 inch baking sheet. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes until set. Melt the candy corn, in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, continue at 30 second increments until melted, stirring after each 30 seconds. Immediately stir in peanut butter. (Mixture will be very thick.) Spread evenly over the chilled chocolate. Return pan to refrigerator for 20 minutes, until chilled. Melt 10 ounces chocolate and spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Cut into triangle shaped pieces.
