Cappuccino Fudge
Ingredients:
- sugar - 3 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- cappuccino chips - 10 ounces
- marshmallow creme - 7 ounces
- vanilla - 2 t
Instructions:
Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil then coat with cooking spray. In a heavy bottom 3 quart sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring all the time, candy thermometer temperature should be 234 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in cappuccino chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla, beat until blended. Carefully pour mixture into the prepared dish. Let cool to room temperature, lift foil out of the pan. Cut fudge into squares.
