Cappuccino Fudge
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate chips - 2 c
- dark chocolate frosting - 1 can
- white chocolate chips - 2 c
- white frosting - 1 can
- heavy cream - 1 T
- instant coffee - 2 T
- chocolate covered coffee beans -
Instructions:
Warm the heavy cream and add the instant coffee; set aside to dissolve.
Microwave the chocolate chips until melted. Make sure to stir every 30 seconds to avoid scorching them. Microwave chocolate frosting for 1 minute. Stir and heat again for 30 seconds. (needs to be pourable) Stir frosting into the melted chocolate chips. Spread evenly into a 9 inch square pan lined with foil, place in the refrigerator.
Heat the white frosting for 1 minute. Stir and heat again for another 30 seconds or until pourable. Stir frosting into the heavy cream coffee mixture. Melt the white chips, stir coffee frosting into the melted white chips. Evenly spread over the chocolate layer. If desired place coffee beans every inch. Let set before cutting.
