Chocolate Bonbon
Ingredients:
- dutch processed cocoa powder - 3 T
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounces
- unsalted butter - 1 T
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa powder, butter and condensed milk, cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Mixture should be thick after cooking. Remove from heat, let mixture set until cool enough to touch. Roll into 3/4 inch in diameter balls, and roll in the coating of choice (chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, crushed oreo's, rainbow sprinkles, etc) Place in refrigerator to chill.
