2 c shredded coconut
8 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t vanilla
4 c chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds (your choice)
Mix together and roll into small balls and refrigerate 1 hour.
Dip balls into melted chocolate wafers (dark or milk chocolate, your choice) or chocolate almond bark, place on wax paper to set.
