Kahlua Fudge
Ingredients:
- butter, divided - 1 tsp plus 2 T
- white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped - 24 ounces
- sweetened condensed milk - 1 cup
- pecans, toasted, chopped - 1/2 cup
- Kahlua - 1/3 cup
Instructions:
Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil (for easy removal have foil extend over the edge of the pan) grease foil with 1 tsp butter; set aside.
In a saucepan, over low heat, add white chocolate stir until melted. Add milk and 2 T butter; stir until blended. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and Kahlua. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Cover, place in refrigerator for 4 hours or until firm. Lift fudge out of pan; cut fudge into 1 inch squares. Store covered in the refrigerator.
