72 buttery crackers, such as Ritz Crackers
3/4 c butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c milk
1 1/2 c crushed graham crackers
2 c milk chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray; place a cracker in each well.
In a saucepan, bring butter, sugars and milk, to a boil over medium heat. Stir in crushed crackers until heated thru.
Divide sugar mixture in half. Spoon some over each cracker. Top with another cracker and press down slightly to spread out the mixture. Spoon remaining sugar mixture over each cracker. Top each one with another cracker and press down slightly to spread out the mixture. (You will have 3 layers of crackers and 2 layers of sugar mixture.)
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, stir until smooth; pour evenly over crackers.
Place in refrigerator until firm. Makes 24
