Mint Puppy Chow
Ingredients:
- chocolate wafers or chocolate bark - 1 pound
- mint chocolate bar - 3.5 ounce
- powdered sugar - 2 cups
- Rice Chex cereal - 10 cups
- mint M & M's - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Melt chocolate wafers and mint chocolate bar together until smooth. Place cereal in a bowl, fold in chocolate until all the cereal is coated. Place powdered sugar in a gallon sized Ziploc bag, spoon cereal mixture into bag. Seal and shake until powdered sugar has coated the cereal.
Pour mixture on a foil lined cookie sheet and let chocolate set. Mix M & M's with cereal, store in an airtight container.
