1 – 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips
Place crackers it in a single layer on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
In a sauce pan melt butter and brown sugar bring to a boil and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and remove from oven, turn oven off. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers and return to oven for 3 minutes (the oven will be turned off but warm). Spread melted chocolate over crackers and sprinkle pecans and peanut butter chips over chocolate.
Let cool completely and break apart.
