1 lb of milk chocolate coating wafers
1/2 lb white chocolate coating wafers
1 c peanuts
1 c mini marshmallows
In a bowl mix the nuts and marshmallows together; set aside. Melt milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and stir until smooth. In another bowl melt white chocolate; stir until smooth. Stir half of the nut mixture into the milk chocolate. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the white chocolate by tablespoonfuls over the milk chocolate. With the tip of a knife, swirl the chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
Sprinkle remaining peanut mixture over top.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm, break into pieces. Store bark in refrigerator or cool place for up to a month.
