Amish Yum-A-Setta
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 2 pounds
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
- brown sugar - 1 t
- onion, chopped - 1/4
- tomato soup, undiluted - 1 can
- Velveeta cheese, sliced - 8 ounces
- egg noodles - 16 ounce package
- cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 can
Instructions:
In a skillet, combine meat, salt, pepper and onions, cook until meat is no longer pink, drain; stir in brown sugar and tomato soup. Cook noodles per package directions, drain; stir in cream of chicken soup.
Spread meat mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch casserole pan, lay cheese on meat and top with the noodle mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
