16 ounce package penne or ziti
20 ounces Alfredo sauce
8 ounces sour cream
15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Stir together Alfredo sauce and sour cream; toss with pasta until coated. Spoon half of the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Stir together ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, and parsley; spread evenly over pasta mixture. Spoon remaining Alfredo pasta mixture evenly over ricotta cheese layer; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly.
