Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- cream of chicken soup - 10 3/4 ounce can
- mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 1/2 cup
- chopped celery - 1/2 cup
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 cup
- diced cooked chicken - 1 1/2 cups
- coarsely crumbled potato chips - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add rice, celery, peas, and chicken; mix until well combined. Spoon mixture into a greased 3 quart casserole dish, sprinkle potato chips over top.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes, or until heat through and golden brown.
