Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, diced - 4
- margarine, melted - 1/2 cup
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 cups
- sour cream - 1 cup
- cream of chicken soup - 10 3/4 ounce can
- chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pat half of the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place chicken over top.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, soup and broth. Pour evenly over chicken, cover chicken with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
Cooked noodles may be added if desired.
