Chicken with Marinara Sauce
Ingredients:
- chicken, cooked, shredded - 4 cups
- marinara sauce - 38 ounce jar
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 1/2 cups
- panko - 1 cup
- olive oil - 1 - 2 T
- chopped herbs parsley, basil, oregano, etc your choice - to desired taste
- salt and black pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
Place chicken in a greased 8 x8 inch greased casserole dish. Pour marinara sauce over chicken; mix. Sprinkle cheeses over top.
In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 - 25 minutes or until top is golden and bubbling on the sides.
