10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup OR cheddar cheese soup
1 onion, sliced
1 c milk
1 T minced garlic
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
In a bowl mix ingredients together. Stir in –
1 lb kielbasa (sliced thin)
7 russet potatoes ( peeled and cubed)
Pour into a 7×11 inch baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 80 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
