4 c leftover prepared stuffing, divided
4 c coarsely chopped cooked turkey
3/4 c mayonnaise, divided
1/4 c whole berry cranberry sauce
2 c prepared mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Grease a 8×8 inch baking dish. Place 2 c stuffing in pan; top with turkey.
Combine 1/4 c mayonnaise with cranberry sauce; spread evenly over turkey.
Combine 1/2 c mayonnaise, potatoes and cheese. Spread evenly on turkey, top 2 c stuffing.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
