Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Casserole
Ingredients:
- sausage, browned, drained - 1 cup
- pepperoni slices - 1/2 cup
- Basil, Garlic, and Oregano diced tomatoes - 14,5 ounce can
- tomato sauce - 8 ounce can
- penne pasta - 2 cups
- water - 2 cups
- shredded Mozzarella OR Italian- blend cheese - 1/2 cup
- pepperoni - extra for garnish
Instructions:
In a large skillet, stir together sausage, pepperoni, tomatoes, tomato sauce, dry pasta and water.
Bring mixture to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium to medium-low, simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed.
Sprinkle cheese over top, garnish with pepperoni slices. Broil until cheese is browned and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
