Taco Pie
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 1 - 1 1/2 pounds
- taco seasoning mix - 1 package
- water - 1/2 cup
- sliced black olives - 4 ounces
- crescent rolls - 1 can
- sour cream - 1 cup
- shredded cheddar cheesse - 1 cup
- crushed corn chips - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a skillet, fry ground beef, (if desired add chopped onion), drain grease and return meat to the pan. Add taco seasoning, water and olives, simmer 5 minutes.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles and place them in a 9 inch greased pie pan, press seams together to form the crust. Sprinkle 1 c of crushed corn chips over crust. Evenly spread meat mixture over chips. Stir sour cream until smooth, spread over meat, top with cheese and remaining chips.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
To serve top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Salsa on the side.
