Three Meat Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
- Candian Bacon, diced - 3.5 ounces (35 slices)
- pepperoni slices, diced - 3.5 ounces (50 slices)
- spicy Italian sausage - 1/2 pound
- marinara - 24 ounce jar
- water - 2 cups
- oregano - 2 t
- garlic salt - 1/2 t
- rotini pasta - 8 ounces
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a oven safe skillet over medium high heat, brown sausage for 3 - 4 minutes, add bacon and pepperoni, brown for 1 - 2 minutes. Add marinara sauce, water, oregano and garlic salt; stir. Mix in rotini pasta, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 12 minutes until pasta is tender. Top with mozzarella cheese, place under broiler to melt cheese.
If desired top with pizza sauce, black olives and Parmesan cheese.
