2 chicken breasts (sliced into strips)
In a dish mix together-
1/2 c flour
1/2 c cornstarch
2 1/2 T season salt
1 t garlic powder onion powder
1 t paprika
1 t pepper
In a shallow dish whisk together-
2 eggs
1/4 c water
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Dredge chicken strips in flour mixture, shake off excess. Dip in the egg mixture and again in the flour.
Deep fry in 350 degree oil. Drain on paper towel. Serve with your favorite dip.
