Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- flour - 2
- seasoning salt - 1 1/2 T
- chicken tenders, cut in strips - 1 package
- buttermilk - 1 1/2 - 2 c
Instructions:
Place chicken strips in a bowl, pour buttermilk over chicken, soak for 20 minutes. In a bowl mix together flour and Seasoning Salt. Drizzle 1/4 - 1/2 c buttermilk into the flour mixture, fluff the flour mixture with a fork until little crumbles form. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture.
