Place thawed chicken breast tenderloins in a bowl, cover with milk or buttermilk and soak for 30 minutes.
1/2 t salt
1 T Season All
3/4 t pepper
1 c flour
2 t paprika
In a shallow bowl mix seasonings together.
Melt 1/4 c butter in a 9×13 inch pan. Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan so there are no dry spots.
Shake excess milk off of chicken and completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix.
Place chicken in the pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Turn each piece of chicken (if pan looks dry add more melted butter) and continue cooking for 10 more minutes, or until cooked through.
