Grilled Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
- chicken breasts, boneless, skinless - 1 pound
- orange juice, fresh squeezed - 1 cup
- garlic, pressed - 3 cloves
- herbes de provence - 1 T
- honey - 2 T
- sea salt - 1 tsp
- chipotle chile powder - 1 T
Instructions:
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour orange juice over the chicken.
In a bowl, combine garlic, herbes de provence, agave, salt and chipotle powder, rub mixture over the chicken breasts. Place in refrigerator for up to 5 hours for chicken to marinate.
Place chicken on a plate, reserve marinade. Grill chicken over medium heat, until it reaches 165 degrees internal temperature, about 6 - 8 minutes. Pour marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve chicken with the marinade.
