Sweet and Spicy Chicken
Ingredients:
- Kosher salt - 1 t
- black pepper - 1/2 t
- paprika - 1 t
- sugar - 1 T
- garlic powder - 1 t
- onion powder - 1 t
- dried parsley - 1 t
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2
- butter - 2 T
- olive oil - 1 T
- juice from 1/2 lemon -
Instructions:
In a bowl combine the seven spices; set aside. With a meat mallet flatten the chicken breasts. Generously coat both sides of the chicken with the spices. In a skillet over medium, heat butter and oil. Saute chicken until golden brown, 6 minutes on each side. While chicken is cooking, squeeze juice over chicken. Stir frequently to evenly coat chicken with sauce.
