1 brownie mix plus ingredients listed on the box
1/4 t coconut extract
1/2 c cream of coconut
1 c mini semi- sweet chocolate chips
2 c shredded coconut, toasted
1 c almond slivers
whole almonds (for garnish)
Prepare and bake brownies according to the instructions on the box adding the coconut extract.
Completely cool brownies, then place in refrigerator.
In a bowl combine coconut, slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips and cream of coconut.
Spread mixture over brownies and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before slicing.
Garnish with whole almonds.
