Andes Mint Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
- Devil's Food Cake mix - 1 box
- oil - 1/2 cup
- eggs - 2
- Andes Mints - 1 package
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, and eggs. Place spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 6 - 9 minutes. DO NOT over bake them.
Remove from oven and while the cookies are still hot, place an Andes Mint on top of each cookie. The mint will be melt; with a butter knife, smooth out each mint for frosting.
