Avalanche Bars
Ingredients:
- white chocolate chips - 12 ounce bag
- creamy peanut butter - 2 T heaping
- rice krispie cereal - 3 c
- mini chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 1/2 c
Instructions:
Melt together white chocolate chips and peanut butter, stir in cereal, wait 10 - 15 minutes until mixture has reached room temp. Stir in mini chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Lightly press mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until hardened. Cut into squares.
