Banana Cookie Balls
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- finely crushed vanilla wafers - 2 cups
- mashed ripe bananas - 1/3 cup
- white chocolate, broken into pieces, melted - 6 ounces
- yellow food coloring - 8 drops
- finely chopped pecans - 1/3 cup
- semi sweet chocolate, melted - 2 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together cheese, cookie crumbs and bananas until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Melt together white chocolate and food coloring, stir until smooth. Dip balls in white chocolate; place on waxed paper lined pan.
Sprinkle pecans over top. Melt semi sweet chocolate, drizzle chocolate in a zig zag pattern over top. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
