Banana Split Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
- Crust
- Whole Graham Crackers - 14 (crushed)
- Margarine - 1/3 cup (melted)
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Filling
- Cream Cheese - 3 (8 ounce pkgs)
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Bananas - 1/2 cup (mashed)
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 3
- Topping
- Strawberries - 1 cup
- Banana - 1 (sliced)
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Pineaple Chunks - 1 (8 ounce can, drained)
Instructions:
Crust -
Mix the crust's ingredients together and press into bottom of 9x13 cake pan.
Filling -
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix until blended. Stir in banana and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Topping -
Toss sliced banana with lemon juice. Top filling with strawberries, banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Store in refrigerator.
