Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients:
- quick oats - 2 1/4 cups
- salt - 3/4 t
- ground cinnamon - 1 t
- peanut butter - 1 cup
- honey - 1/4 cup
- bananas, mashed - 2
- sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup
- raisins OR dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
- chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Place spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, slightly flatten the tops. (cookies will not rise or spread when they bake).
Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 15 - 16 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool completely, store in an airtight container. Yield 12 - 15 cookies
