1 c butter
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa
2 c flour
2 c sugar
4 eggs

1 c chopped nuts
Melt butter, stir in cocoa, mix until smooth. Add flour and sugar, mix together. Add eggs, vanilla and nuts, mix until combined. DO NOT over mix. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 – 25 minutes, or until done. Spread frosting over warm brownies —
1/4 c softened butter
1/4 c evaporated milk
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa
3 c powdered sugar
dash of salt
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and spread frosting over warm brownies.
