Butterfinger Bars
Ingredients:
- brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box for a 9 x9 inch pan
- marshmallow cream - 7 ounce jar
- butter - 1 1/2 T
- mini marshmallows - 3 cups
- Rice Krispies - 2 1/2 cups
- chopped Butterfinger candy bars, divided - 1 1/4 cups (10 fun size)
- semi sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 cup
- shortening - 1/2 T
Instructions:
Prepare brownies per directions on box. Remove from oven immediately top with marshmallow cream, set aside to cool.
Melt butter, add marshmallows and stir until smooth, stir in Rice Krispies, fold in 3/4 c Butterfingers. Place dollops over the marshmallow cream layer and gently spread out evenly. Firmly press top layer down into marshmallow cream to hold things together.
Melt together chocolate chips and shortening, stir until smooth. Drizzle over the bars, sprinkle 1/2 c Butterfingers over top. Cut these bars just before serving.
